Kotak Mahindra Bank Q4 Results 2024 Date, Kotak Mahindra Bank Dividend: As the earnings season is underway and all listed companies are announcing their earnings for the fourth quarter of financial year 2023-24, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is also set to declare its financial performance in Q4 FY24. India’s fifth-largest bank in terms of market capitalisation will also declare monetary rewards as dividend for its shareholders.

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, in a regulatory filing earlier on April 15, informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on May 4, 2024 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the bank for the quarter / financial year ended March 31, 2024.
“…we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Bank”) will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 to, inter alia: (a) consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / financial year ended March 31, 2024,” said the private lender in the regulatory filing.
“…we wish to inform that, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Trading Code of Conduct of the Bank, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank is closed from Monday, April 1, 2024 and the same would open for trading, 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results of the Bank,” the bank further said in the filing.
In addition, the earnings conference call of the bank to discuss the consolidated and standalone audited financial results of the bank for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024, is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 5.45 p.m, the bank added.
